Intent:

This flag enables the contract owners to get notified about resource deviations for a milestone based on actual execution and resources allocated to work items in the project management tool.

Configurations:

1. Enable auto-resolution settings; this will notify administrators of the workspace as soon as resource deviations are unearthed by Cubyts.
2. The compliance settings for this flag is enabled by default (this will ensure the visibility of all the artefacts violating this flag in the compliance status report).
