This flag helps contract owners to identify scope changes by comparing the work items created by the team during execution with the work items imported from the Statement of work signed with the customer. 

Configurations:

1. Enable auto-resolution settings; this will automatically acknowledge the scope changes identified by Cubyts.
2. The compliance settings for this flag is enabled by default (this will ensure the visibility of all the artefacts violating this flag in the compliance status report).
