Intent:
The intent of this flag is to connect to Jira, unearth all the build issues that have extended beyond the planned sprint; this will help the team gauge the accuracy of original estimates for build issues (and therefore arrive at accurate velocity computation for the team).
Configuration:
The configuration allows the Engineering manager/lead to define the scope of computation which includes the following parameters:
- Should this include build issues in just active sprint or just planning sprint or both?
- If it includes build issues in the planning sprint then how much further in time should the platform consider to analyze planning sprints.
- If it includes build issues in the active sprint then, at what point in time in the active sprint should this flag be surfaced.
