Flags deep dive: Open PR for a build issue

When to use this Flag?

Leverage this flag to identify all the PRs still open for a 'In-progress' build issue as the execution sprint approaches it's conclusion.

Intent:

The intent of this flag is to connect to the project management tool (e.g Jira) and the respective code repository to identify all pull requests associated with an issue; if there are open PRs and the sprint is approaching conclusion then it's a good indication of the fact that either the sprint may get delayed or the issue will move to the next sprint.

Configurations:

1. Select the issue type that must be used to ascertain existence of open PRs. 
2. Enable auto-resolution settings and select "Move issue(s) to next sprint" as the option, this will ensure that the platform automatically moves all issues with open PR at the specified threshold to the next planned sprint.
3. Enable this as a compliance flag if you think this can have an impact on your internal or external regulations; this will ensure the visibility of all the artefacts violating this flag in the compliance status report.
