When to use this Flag?

Leverage this flag to get visibility on work in progress code (in PRs/Branches) that are not associated with any work item.

Intent:

The intent of this flag is to connect to Project management tool (e.g. Jira/ADO) & Git repository (e.g. Github), unearth all the PRs/Branches that exists without a work item assignment.

This indicates work done with measuring the effort spent on that work.

Configuration:

Configure either PRs and/or Branches for evaluation.
Configure age of PRs and/or Branches for evaluation.
Enable auto-resolution settings and select assignment of one work item per PR/Branch or one work item for all PRs/Branches.
The compliance settings for this flag is enabled by default (this will ensure the visibility of all the artefacts violating this flag in the compliance status report).
