Leverage this flag to get an understanding of the latest build status of a merged PR based on the flag configuration

Intent:

The intent of this flag is to get an understanding of deployment status of a PR in the configured environments; this is very useful in lower environments where multiple deployments of the same PR may happen due to code changes/fixes which may lead to failures in build or deployment.

Configurations:

1. Configure the thresholds for Open/Closed PRs (in terms of the creation of the PR).
2. Define the landscape (this will be used to check the status of deployments).

3. Enable auto-resolution settings and select "reporting this flag as an issue in Jira" as the option, this will ensure that the platform automatically creates an issue in Jira with the problems selected in the flag.

4. The compliance settings for this flag is enabled by default (this will ensure the visibility of all the artefacts violating this flag in the compliance status report).
