Target Audience

This report is designed for Program Managers/Scrum masters and Engineering Managers/Leads who need to assess the audit log of all the flags closed by the user or automatically by the platform. 


Report Overview

The resolution log report enables users to comprehensively track the (manual / automatic) resolution flow along with the evidence created during resolution for deeper analysis.


The Flag resolution report serves to


  1. Monitor the resolution of flags in a development workflow.
  2. Identify recurring issues (e.g., process defects, knowledge gaps).
  3. Provide transparency into how and when flags are resolved (along with the action taken by the user to resolve the flag).
  4. Visibility on the lifecycle of the follow-up artifact, created by the user or platform in the system of record (e.g., Jira) upon resolution.
  5. Highlight areas of process improvement.




Data sources

  1. The report incorporates data from flags and the resolution method applied by the user/platform.
