What is a project member?

Project members are your teammates or employees in your team or organization whom you work with daily!  They can see all information on Projects and can be invited to collaborate easily on project and activity levels. 

Who is an admin?

To explain it simply, an admin is a kind of like a "superuser" who has the ability to oversee the entire workspace, managing everything from users and all the projects to security and billing. This allows one team member (or more if you choose) to manage their team effectively and securely.

Who is a contributor?

A contributor is a type of member with editing access to projects but can not create new projects in a workspace. Furthermore, a contributor doesn’t have access to the playbook:

  • Edit a project

  • Edit activities

  • Add and review documents

  • Communicate and add attachments 

  • Edit his profile
