This article covers the difference between each type of user in your Cubyts.com account.

There are three types of members: contributor, owner, and viewer.

Owner

An owner is a type of member with editing access to projects in an account. Furthermore, an owner can do the following (as well as the admin, of course):

  • Create and edit a project

  • Create and edit activities

  • Create and edit documents

  • Invite other members inside a project and activity

  • Edit his profile

  • Communicate and add attachments

The number of members you can invite to your workspace depends on your purchased plan. For example, if you are on the Standard plan for 10 users, you can invite up to 10 members. For more information about the pricing, check this out.

Contributor

A contributor is a type of member with editing access to projects but can not create new projects in a workspace. Furthermore, a contributor doesn’t have access to the playbook:

  • Edit a project

  • Edit activities

  • Add and review documents

  • Edit his profile

  • Communicate and add attachments

Viewer

Viewers are another type of user you can invite to your Cubyts.com account. Like owners, they have access to the main project and all the activities you decide to share with them. The difference is that they can only view those activities without editing rights.
