Step 1 - Go to Libraries > Project types
Step 2 - Create a new project type
Step 3 - Associate project type with the design process
Step 4 - Save the project type as a standard
Step 5 - Apply the project type to a new project
When you create a new project, you will get your newly added project type as an option. Pick that and continue with your project
